1. Does the mistake-printing machine require ink?

A : Our mistake-printing machine uses the latest thermal printing technology and does not require ink.

Operating Principle:

The thermal print head precisely controls the temperature of each heating element through an integrated circuit. The heat generated in an instant is sufficient to trigger a chemical reaction on the thermal paper, leaving clear and distinguishable text and images on the paper or other media.

Advantages:

①Easy to operate. Compared to traditional printers, thermal printers are much simpler to use. Users only need to replace the thermal paper to use it, without the need to change ink or ribbons.

②Compact and portable. Our thermal printer is designed to be compact and easy to carry, making it suitable for use in various locations.

③Clean and ink-free printing. Thermal printing technology does not use ink, avoiding issues such as ink leakage and drying out, and reducing environmental pollution.

④Energy-saving and low consumption. Thermal printers have low energy consumption during operation, in line with the global trend towards green development.

⑤High durability. By incorporating technologies such as high-durability protective films, thermal print heads have increased their wear resistance by approximately three times, effectively preventing issues related to scratching and electrolytic corrosion.

⑥Cost-saving for users. Thermal printing technology does not require ink or ribbons, eliminating the need for users to purchase expensive consumables and significantly reducing operational costs.

⑦High print quality. The text and images produced by thermal printing are very clear, with distinct light and dark contrasts, meeting the needs for various labeling and recording purposes.

⑧Fast print speed. Printing can typically be completed in just a few seconds. For example, the paper feed speed of a standard thermal printer is 13 mm per second, while our high-performance thermal printer, after optimization, can achieve approximately double that speed.

⑨Quick response. Thermal paper can quickly respond to print commands in a thermal printer, typically completing printing in just a few seconds.

⑩Low maintenance cost. Thermal printers have relatively fewer moving parts, resulting in less wear and tear, which means a longer lifespan and lower maintenance costs.
