① Print Mode Setting Issues
Incorrect Selection of Photo Mode and Text Mode.
- If a photo file is printed in text mode, the printer may print it at a lower resolution or with a specific color processing method, which can result in white spots in the colors.
- Solution: On the print preview page, there is usually a print mode option at the bottom. You can select “Photo Mode” for printing. This way, the printer will output the content at a higher resolution and with settings more suitable for photo printing, thus avoiding the issue of white spots.

- Solution: On the custom print preview page, there is usually a print mode option at the bottom. You can select “Text Mode” for printing. ② Print Head Issues
Aged or Damaged Print Head: It could be due to the thermal print head being aged or damaged. It is recommended to contact the printer’s after-sales customer service or a professional repair person for inspection and repair.。
③ Print Paper Issues
Damp or Poor-Quality Print Paper: Paper that is damp or of poor quality may lead to poor print quality, resulting in colors appearing washed out.
Solution: Replace the paper with dry, high-quality paper, ensuring that it is not damp.
④Print Density Setting Issues
Low print density setting: If the print density setting on the printer is too low, it may result in the printed colors appearing too light.
Solution: Enter the custom print settings page and adjust the print density to above 70.
⑤Battery Issues
If the printed colors still appear too light even with a high print density setting, it may be due to insufficient battery power. Please charge the printer promptly.
